In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part by the client, or cancelled with less than 24 hour-notice, a fee of £110 per person will be charged on the credit card provided. The same fee will be charged in case of a non-arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY TABLE LUMIÈRE
In the event of a cancellation in whole by the client within 7 working days prior to the reservation date, the full deposit will be non-refundable.
In the event of a cancellation in whole by the client within 48 hours prior to the reservation date, a cancellation fee per guest equal to the selected menu price will be charged in addition to the deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY SALON PRIVE & SALON PARK LANE
In the event of a cancellation in whole by the client more than 4 weeks prior to the reservation date, no charge will apply.
In the event of a cancellation in whole by the client within 4 weeks prior to the reservation date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
In the event of a cancellation in whole by the client within 7 days prior to the reservation date, the full deposit will be non-refundable.

COMMON POLICIES
GUEST NUMBERS
Final numbers must be confirmed 2 working days in advance. Should the numbers fall below the final guaranteed number or should the numbers drop without prior arrangement, the management reserve the right to charge, in full, for the number of persons anticipated.
DRESS CODE
Our dress code is smart-casual. Jackets and collared shirts are preferred and long trousers are required for gentlemen. Appropriate footwear is required.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to the premises to guests not respecting the dress code and charge an additional cancellation fee equivalent of the prearranged menus and pre-ordered beverages.
MENUS & DRINKS
Menus must be pre-selected in advance and any known dietary requests noted. The menus and prices are subject to change on a regular basis. In addition to the menu prices, all drinks (including mineral water and coffee) will be charged for according to consumption.
TIMINGS
For lunch bookings, access to the private room is from 12.00pm until 4.00pm, at which time the room must be vacated. For dinner bookings, access to the private room is from 6.30pm. If specific timings are required for an event, the management must be informed of these in advance.
OUTSIDE PRODUCE/ CORKAGE
Kindly be advised that we are unable to allow any food or beverage produce from outside the restaurant.
LOSS AND DAMAGE
Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester accepts no responsibility for the loss and/or damage to any items left in its care. All items are left entirely at the owner’s risk.
INVOICING AND ACCOUNT
We do not offer customer accounts, nor do we offer company invoicing. All outstanding balances must be settled, in full, at the end of the event. We accept all major credit cards and cheques can only be accepted by prior arrangement.
GRATUITY AND VAT
Discretionary service charge of 14% will be added to all food, beverage and room hire items on the final bill. All prices quoted include VAT at 20%.
